Kazkorp is PROUD to present yet another 11th gen Ford F-150 SuperCrew 4×4 5.4L – this one with a completely rebuilt donor driveline (with completely new timing, phasers, exhaust manifolds, and plugs and coils!) custom stitched back and blue leather interior, custom white with blue pearl paint, a lift kit, custom wheels & tires, color accented rocker stripes and bed decals, and MUCH more! This vehicle was custom built and presold to an existing customer, so while it is not for sale, we would like to showcase this beautiful F150.
We started with an excellent condition high mileage clean title southern Crew Cab base white 2006 4×4 F150, with EXTREMELY clean body panels and frame. We then purchased a 2006 F150 FX4 low mile damaged body donor and swapped EVERYTHING to our clean build. The entire driveline, all electronics, interior, everything you could think of, to build one hell of a custom F150. We also replaced the following with new parts to make the vehicle run & drive like brand new:
Timing chains, phasers, plugs, coils, exhaust manifolds & gaskets
Sway Bar Links & Bushings
All Universal Joints
Front & Rear Brake Rotors & Pads
Front Shocks, Rear Struts
Control Arms & Ball Joints
Inner & Outer Tie Rods & Ends
Front Wheel Bearings & Hubs
All fluids flush & filters
Both Front Calipers Rebuilt
Full Transmission Service
Magnaflow Exhaust System
The next step was the exterior. We had the entire vehicle stripped down and repainted a custom color – Pearl white with a blue pearl metal flake. We really wanted to build a beautiful F150 Supercrew that would stand out, and this color is more stunning in person than it looks in photos. We then added a 2″ Lift kit, and custom black 20” wheels. Paired with a new set of 33.5” Firestone Transforce All Terrain white letter 285/60R20 tires, they give the vehicle a great stance while remaining extremely comfortable to drive. New style black housing LED DRL projector headlights, with matching LED DRL smoked housing tail lights and black housing projector fog lights really update the look of the vehicle. It wouldn’t be complete without color matched painted front & rear bumpers flat black tubular running boards, oem painted fender flares, custom colored emblems and a matte black rocker stripe with matte black and blue 4×4 bed deals. To take it a step further we put on a carbon fiber updated style grille, and LED 3rd brake lights. We painted all the existing cladding a satin black, and boy does this truck stand out for all the right reasons.
But what build would be simply stunning without a matching interior? Custom black with blue insert leather seats were added, for ALL seats, including the flip up functional jump seat. We retained the FX4 cluster package, and added a great sounding touch screen navigation system that incorporates a backup camera, bluetooth, built in GPS, voice command, aux input, and usb charging. Little touches like a color matched steering wheel cover, emblem, and blue all weather floor mats tie together the overall aesthetic of this vehicle.
While we built a BEAUTIFUL, mechanically flawless F150 Supercrew 5.4L 4×4 that needs nothing, I do want to take the mind to remind any potential buyers that these are custom budget builds we do, and have done on MANY 11th gen F150s. With that being said, this vehicle is NOT flawless. It may have some minor nicks and scratches, a door ding or dent here and there, a scratch in the plastic, a bubble in the decals, a crack in the bumper, or a flaw in the paint. This vehicle is as nice as you can ever ask for a daily driver, but it is NOT a SEMA build show quality truck. We have done many custom builds, and have a 100% review rating, and every customer has been nothing but happy. This one was presold sold for $16,000 – right around where most of our 11th Gens sell for. This vehicle runs and drives like new, no corners were cut in this build, and we are proud of all our vehicles and it shows. If you are interested in pre-ordering a custom built F150 to your specifications – let us know and we’d be happy to accommodate you!
Below you will find an album showcasing this build and a video showcasing the blue pearl paint effect, and further down you will find some of the in progress repair photos we took.
