Check out this complete Renovation we did on a Bayliner Ciera Classic 2452 Hardtop. We installed a Repowered 5.7L Mercruiser 260 and Rebuilt both the upper and lower parts of the Alpha One Gen 2 outdrive. We then installed a performance prop and added Nauticus Smart SX10512-90 Automatic Trim Tabs to make getting on the water a breeze.

This vessel did not original come equipped with shore power, so we installed a EZACDC 30 Amp Shore Power station with 6 indoor/outdoor outlets & a Galvanic Isolator. We then disassembled the hardtop and replaced & repainted the entire assembly. All the overhead lights were converted to switchable White/Red LEDs, and 2 Cockpit two Speed Marine Fans were installed.

We installed new blue & white marine waterproof swivel chairs, and added a MB Quart 5 Channel NA710.5 710 Watt amplifier, 4GA Wire Amp Kit, 4x MB Quart 6.5” 2 Way Speakers, and a NW1-254 10” 600-Watt Waterproof subwoofer, connected to a Dual In Gauge In Dash Bluetooth Marine Radio. For accessibility, we installed a Furion USB Dashboard Outlet / DC Outlet, and picked up a New laser engraved extended dashboard From aplusmobilegraphics.  We installed new Led Backlit Faria Chesapeake SS White w/ Blue Marine Gauges and New LED Carling Contura III Sealed Rocker Switches to finish out the dash. A Garmin Echomap 7” 73DV w/ Fish Finder, Scanning Sonar, Chartpotter & GPS w/ transducer was installed as well as a Westmarine Ship to Shore Radio to make navigation a breeze.

For the exterior, we retrofit New Style Bayliner Decals, Stripes, and all Lettering to give the boat a more modern appearance. All the leather, vinyl, and wooden pieces were replaced with custom cut and rounded Starboard. Under the captains chair we also cut a piece of starboard with 2 hinges and a support swing leg for ease of seating, and able to swing out of the way when needed.

To power the boat and electronics, a Prosport 20a smart switching dual battery bank charger was installed and all navigation lights were upgraded to 2 mile LED units.  This was one of our first marine builds, and no corners were cut in the build.
