Kazkorp is PROUD to present one of the most ambitious rebuild’s we’ve done thus far. Previously owning an F-Type V8S convertible, the owner wanted to build something nice for his wife. The Jaguar F-Pace is not only the most beautiful SUV in existence, but it has the power to back it up. Wanting to custom build one, we scoured Copart for a lightly hit example to make our own. Follow us on our journey from wreck to stunningly flawless 500HP work of art as we catalog the build process step by step below!

Here is the vehicle as we received it. A 2017 Jaguar F-Pace 35t Premium with the Supercharged V6 and low miles, lightly hit in the front. The perfect canvas for our build, found right here in Cleveland Ohio!

Next we tore down the interior to pull all the deployed roof air bags and modules to be sent out to be reprogrammed and the belts and tensioners replaced. We also picked up new full LED headlights, cleaned them up, and programmed them to work on a previous Xenon model.

This is where some exciting stuff begins. We got a new door, and new cooling assembly. A new “S” front bumper and Eurotoys smaller front pulley & tune!

Everything starting to get back together. New LED headlights coded and fitted, tested. New fender garnish and custom Adventus wheels were picked up (To be custom drilled.)

During the design phase we decided to use GM paint code WA615D “Zeus Bronze” for all the custom accents. Then we took the F-Pace to the wizards at Carstar North Ridgeville for a better than factory paint job. The final pictures show a custom designed Jaguar front emblem with glowing eyes and a white surround.

These pictures show the wheels after we got them back from custom drilling, The new tires, and it out of the body shop.

This group of photos shows the painstaking process to tape off everything but the face of the spoke, which will be painted the custom accent color of Zeus Bronze. We also painted the mirror caps and custom Kazkorp air intake in the same accent color to bring everything together. The LED fog lights and LED emblem are installed and look amazing as shown. Finally, a couple pictures of everything starting to come together and the new 22″ wheels installed.
